students lose diplomas over cheers

I read this in one of the yahoo news today (read)
man, that totally suck big time. =( I feel sad for the students, after waiting for a long time, when that final day you get your paper you actually have to wait for a period of time to get it just because your relatives and parents cheered a loud one for you which of course was a major disruption in the event. =/ I don't know, what do you think?
